"There comes a time in every girl's life when she's really got to ask herself- To go steady, or not to go steady?" It still surprises me that there are people in the world who have no sense of compassion, whatsoever. (For those of you who haven't been keeping up with the big brou-ha-ha on the webpages of Andie and Justin, that's where all of the action is.) This girl has to be one of the most ridiculous people I've ever stumbled across on my travels through cyber space, really and truly. When Andie writes that she hopes Illustra's biggest worry in life is picking out a nail polish color, Illustra responds with something along the lines of, "Yeah, well, I've had a french-manicure for the past three years, and my nails are real!" It would have been funny, if it wasn't so wholly depressing. The point: We all have some sort of idiot like this in our lives- You know, the guy who thinks that because he has a perfect smile, he can spout off at the mouth as much as he wants, or the girl who "once posed for Seventeen magazine" who won't shut the fuck up- and rather than wasting our precious breath berating them, we should simply, well, laugh at them.
